Deposits, withdrawals and verification

Withdrawals are normally returned to the method used for depositing, where that method supports it. Game integrity and technical faults
Games are supplied by third-party studios that use random number generators to decide outcomes. If a malfunction, dropped connection or display error happens, the result recorded on the provider's server is final, and any rounds affected by a fault will be voided.
Using bots, scripts or any other automated software, or exploiting software bugs, is not allowed. Accounts involved may be suspended and their balances investigated.
Account closure and complaints
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or end an account because of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. Any legitimate balance will be paid out once any open checks are finished.
If something goes wrong, contact our support team first and set out the details of your concern. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and give a final answer within 14 days. If the issue is still unresolved, you may take it to the regulatory body named in the site footer.
